With that said, let's move on with the food...
On Saturday I made this really delicious vegan strawberry jello with fresh blueberries. It was super easy to make too. All I did was put two cups of pure strawberry nectar and one teaspoon of agar-agar powder in a small saucepan. Once it boiled, I turned the heat off and poured it all in a shallow baking dish sprinkled with blueberries. I loved it so much that I'm gonna make some more right now!
On Sunday my dad dropped me off at Whole Foods (which, if you've been reading my blog, is my most favorite store) so that I could shop on my own. I ended up getting spelt flour, agave nectar, and Purely Decadent Snickerdoodle flavored non-dairy ice cream (!!). Oh.my.gosh. it's so good! You've got to try it, I mean it :) Originally, I was planning on buying the new chocolate chip cookie dough coconut milk-based ice cream, but unfortunately, I didn't find it. Sadly, my local Whole Foods isn't well stocked.
I hope everyone's week is going well! Now I'm off to play some cards with the family...
